This hotel has an really good location, a block from the downtown area, with clean and spacious rooms that feel brand new. Breakfast served made-to-order options was good and the staff was genuinely caring.
Finding parking can be a real hassle. We had to park elsewhere. Upon checking in, the room orientation didn't match expectations, and no late checkout was offered despite the hotel's emptiness.

Everything was great, clean hotel, great and unbeatable location in a college town. Location: the property was not far from downtown, and Iowa City. Stopped by Soseki Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's only a short distance to the venue, recommend.

This was just a fine choice for a holiday in Iowa City with great value for money. The spaciousness of the studio room allowed us to stretch out comfortably . Be aware that you'll need to sort out your own parking situation since it's an added cost.

Got a room with a view of the city's finest air conditioning units. Helpful hint, Don't expect a late check-out even if the place is as empty as my wallet!

The location couldn't be better, just a block away from the downtown area and a short walk to the university campus. Room felt fresh, with comfortable beds and a huge tv. The mini-kitchen was well stocked. I was actually surprised by the breakfast-made-to-order options that tasted delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. There was a nice working desk too, a plus for business travelers. Despite these positives, I faced a couple of issues. Upon checking in, I received a different room type than expected, frustrating. The lack of linens for the pull-out sofa and the need to retrieve them myself felt inconvenient. I also encountered confusion about the availability of personal items after housekeeping entered my room despite my do-not-disturb sign. These aspects dampened my overall impression, but the positives certainly kept it enjoyable.
